We offer exchanges only in case of a fault or defect in the outfit.

The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery. The outfit must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Once we receive the returned item and verify the defect, we will process the exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the defect is due to our error.

The exchange process will take at least 15 working days to complete after we receive the returned item.
